Terms of Service.

1. The agreement.
Firstfruits is a hosted Christian family stewardship platform operated by ITABWODI LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you ("you", "the subscriber") agree to these Terms.
2. What Firstfruits provides.
A web-based household budget application with scripture-rooted AI agents, scripture-intensity controls, multi-destination giving, and covenant-ordered allocation. We provide the platform and the AI agents; we do not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
3. What Firstfruits is not.
Firstfruits is not a financial advisor, broker, dealer, custodian, tax preparer, or licensed clergy. The agents speak from scripture and can comment on your specific money situation, but they cannot file your taxes, place trades, transfer funds, or substitute for a CPA, fiduciary, or pastor.
4. Subscription + billing.
Plans, prices, and AI usage caps are listed on our pricing page. The 14-day trial requires a credit card. Founders' tier rate is locked for the first 100 households as long as the subscription stays active. Core pricing applies after the trial for households 101+. Cancel any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
5. Your data.
You own your household financial data. We store it on SOC 2 Type II managed-infrastructure providers, encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell, share, or use your data to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
6. Acceptable use.
Don't try to break the platform, scrape it, or use it to do harm. Don't share an account login with people outside your household. Don't deliberately exhaust AI usage to attack our cost model. Be a good steward.
7. AI agent output disclaimer.
The agents quote scripture and apply it to your money. They are well-instructed, evaluated against anti-pattern guards (no prosperity gospel, no shame language), and hard-bounded against prescribing financial moves. They can be wrong. Always verify scripture references against the version of your choice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial, tax, or legal decisions.
8. Termination.
You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. On cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days for restoration, then deleted. You can export your transactions to CSV at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have not paid; we'll give 7 days notice except in cases of clear abuse.
9. Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Firstfruits is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Changes.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to you and posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
